Messaging was developed surrounding the idea that PhillyLiving is unexpectedly different, unexpectedly real, and unexpectedly better than your typical real estate team. 

"Unexpected Photography Style" | Cut-off images captured the beautifully unexpected moments that PhillyLiving makes possible in homes all over the city. 

A revamped paid and organic social strategy was introduced to increase awareness for the team and generate leads for the agents.
