Messaging was developed surrounding the idea that PhillyLiving is unexpectedly different, unexpectedly real, and unexpectedly better than your typical real estate team.
A revamped paid and organic social strategy was introduced to increase awareness for the team and generate leads for the agents.
From stylish sweatshirts and business cards to branded thank you notes and stickers, we created new collateral and swag for agents to give to current or prospective clients.
